The role

The role requires an exceptional leader who is:

  • comfortable in an environment that prizes autonomy and entrepreneurial spirit
  • familiar with the challenges of continuous transformation
  • experienced in strategic leadership, with the ability to oversee and quality assure the successful delivery of major projects and programmes
  • skilled in building effective working relationships across the public sector and beyond (in NI or elsewhere).

You will lead a group of staff equipped with the skills and experience to address often highly challenging public sector issues. Your role involves inspiring and enabling them to do so.

Our new Head Office

We have recently relocated to The Kelvin Building in College Square East in the centre of Belfast, adjacent to the new transport hub which is due to open in late 2024.
